Description

Steel box bumper for Dodge RAM with plate for winch.
The bumper adapted to the shape and proportions of the car mounted without interfering with the car to the factory holes in the frame.
– The winch is fully built inside the bumper, which has two holes for access to the winch’s brake.
– Fastening to the frame and plate for the winch made of sheet metal 6 [mm].
– The plate is additionally reinforced from below also with a sheet thickness of 6 [mm].
– Bumper cover made of 3 [mm] sheet.
– Shackle handles welded to the frame attachments and simultaneously bolted with 10.9 hardness screws. – – – Thickness of shackle grips 20 [mm].
Each element subjected to CAD designing and modeling, fully CNC cutting and bending. Galvanized and powder coated. The bumper can be expanded with holes for halogens, bull bars, rod guard.
