Jeep Cherokee XJ conversion

Description

LONG ARM suspension improves off-road comfort and allows a much larger crossover of cars.
The swingarms are adjustable, allowing installation at various lift heights.
In order to put on a complete 4-LINK suspension with LONG ARMami in a Jeep Cherokee XJ it is necessary to convert the rear suspension into springs while getting rid of the springs from the car.
To perform such an operation, we need to install additional elements on the car that did not exist before, and rework existing ones. I mean:
– Lower control arm mounts – 4 pieces for welding to the bridge
– Upper wishbone fasteners – 2 fastenings for welding on bridge reinforcement
– Bridge reinforcement – bridge housing from hub to T-shaped hub on which we mount the above mounting
– Spring mounts – a set of mounts for the bridge and from the side member
– Shock absorber mounts – bridge and longitudinal mounting
– Bumpers inside springs
