Mitsubishi Pajero IV front bumper

Description

Steel box bumper designed for Mitsubishi Pajero IV with plate for winch.
Bumper adapted to the shape and proportions of the car mounted without interfering with the car’s factory holes in the frame. The filling for the headlights is made of sheet metal, we do not cut this element from the original plastic bumper.
– The winch is fully built inside the bumper, which has been equipped with an opening allowing access to the winch’s brake.
– Equipped with front and side halogen lights to facilitate hunter tracking, as well as observation of, for example, traverse
– Fastening to the frame and plate for the winch made of sheet metal 6 [mm].
– The plate is additionally reinforced from below with a sheet thickness of 6 [mm].
– Bumper cover made of sheet metal 3 and 4 [mm].
– Bullbar front – can be extended with a headlight cover or without a bullbar.
– Shackle handles welded to the frame attachments and simultaneously bolted with 10.9 hardness screws.
– Shackle thickness 20 [mm].
Each element subjected to CAD designing and modeling, fully CNC cutting and bending.
Galvanized and powder coated. The bumper can be extended with halogen, bull-bar and rod cover holes. Version with halogen and bullbar holes
