Description

The concept of a very solid construction prepared for heavy off-road driving.
The design is based on a combination of a 6mm plate for the winch with additional attachments welded under the plate directly to 6mm thick mounting brackets, bolted to the vehicle’s side members.
The handles were additionally equipped with shackle catches made of 20mm thick material with a hole diameter of 26 mm.
The whole structure, together with the jerks, is bolted with M12 bolts, strength class KL 10.9.
The whole project has been built-up with elements made of 3mm thick sheet metal, thanks to which the powerful structure is not at the same time an emphatic load on the vehicle, thus allowing the crumple zone to be maintained.
The bumper is equipped with holes for halogen technology LED. The whole project made using CNC equipment, galvanized bumper, powder painted.
