Description

Steel box bumper designed for Mitsubishi Pajero III with winch plate.

Bumper adapted to the shape and proportions of the car.

– The winch is fully built-in inside the bumper, which has been equipped with an opening allowing access to the winch’s brake.
– Front halogen equipment
– Fastening to the frame and plate for the winch made of sheet metal 6 [mm].
– The plate is additionally reinforced from below also with a sheet thickness of 6 [mm].
– Bumper cover made of 3 [mm] sheet.
– Bullbar front – can be extended with a headlight cover or without a bullbar.
– Shackle handles welded to the frame fasteners and simultaneously screwed with 10.9 hardness screws.
– Handle thickness for 20 [mm].

Each element subjected to CAD design and modeling, cutting and bending fully CNC.

Galvanized and powder painted or raptor. The bumper can be expanded with holes for halogens, bull-bars, rod covers, etc.
