Description

Steel bumper Jeep ZJ built as a very solid bumper structure designed for heavy crossing in the field. This time we also focused a lot of attention on the aesthetic values of the project. The new design differs significantly from the standard solutions available on the market. We developed visual issues based on the design of our bumper for the WJ model, thus leaving all technical and dimensional parameters from the Jeep ZJ. As a result, we obtained a strongly beveled bumper made of 6 mm sheets, reinforced 6mm elevator plate and 3 mm sheet metal plating. The whole is screwed with screws with high hardness parameters.

Winch bumper for Jeep ZJ as standard equipped with two solid 20mm thick brackets per shackle. Handles directly welded with stringer mounts and additionally screwed with a high hardness screw inside the bumper. Winch rope roller beam welded to the plate and to the structure and sheathing of the bumper.
In addition, the bumper design has been equipped with holes for daytime running lights or long-range lights.

The whole is made according to CAD design and the use of CNC devices.
Galvanized bumper, powder coated.
