Nissan Patrol Y61 front bumper

Description

Steel box bumper designed for Nissan Patrol Y61, with plate for winch.
Fastening to the frame and plate for the winch made of sheet metal 6 [mm].
The plate is additionally reinforced from below also with a sheet thickness of 6 [mm].
Bumper cover bent from sheet metal 3 [mm].
Shackle handles welded to the frame’s fastenings and simultaneously screwed with 10.9 hardness screws. Grip thickness 20 [mm].
Each element subjected to CAD designing and modeling, fully CNC cutting and bending.
Galvanized and powder coated.
The bumper can be extended with halogen, bull-bar and rod cover holes.
