Description

Steel box bumper designed for Dodge RAM with plate for winch.
Bumper adapted to the shape and proportions of the car mounted without interfering with the car’s factory holes in the frame.
– The winch is fully built inside the bumper, which has two holes for access to the winch’s brake.
– Fastening to the frame and plate for the winch made of sheet metal 6 [mm].
– The plate is additionally reinforced from below with a sheet thickness of 6 [mm].
– Bumper cover bent from sheet metal 3 [mm].
– Shackle handles welded to the frame attachments and simultaneously bolted with 10.9 hardness screws. – – – Thickness of shackle holders 20 [mm].

Each element subjected to CAD designing and modeling, fully CNC cutting and bending. Galvanized and powder coated. The bumper can be expanded with a bull bar, rod guard, etc.
